OUR HISTORY

Il Quore Matto, since 1996, follows a continuous research on pure Mediterranean cuisine, revisiting it with imagination and refinement. This is how some of our Sicilian specialties are born, enhancing the local products. The restaurant is located in the most beautiful street of Scicli, in the province of Ragusa and in the deep south-east of Sicily, an authentic masterpiece of Sicilian Baroque, a UNESCO property and a World Heritage Site.
